Are items refundable?
Yes, if for some reson your are not satisfied with an item, I will refund your money and pay for return shipping, and if you decide you want to order something else, Ill offer a 10% discount.

Shipping and processing time.
As soon as I receive an order I will have it packaged and shipped with in 1-2 days, with the exception of Sunday, and once the item has been shipped I will provide you with the tracking number and when to expect you item(s)

Do I take custom orders?
I do. Just contact me, and let me know what you are looking for and I will come up with it, I can do handmade crafts and paintings/pictures, these may obviously take a little longer. But if you are looking for it I can find it.
